My 1200 ute does not have the 3rd seat belt mounting point next to the retractor (between the retractor and the floor kickplate in photo) Was this something you added?

There is only one bolt hole at the bottom

The ELR (retractor) belts are from a late-model 1200 (1978-up). It was an OPTION from 1978-04 and than was standard equipment from 1986-11
