 Re: LB10 Chassis Plate In the right side of the photo is the chassis ID plate. This is fixed by the Nissan factory in Japan. Do not Aussie 1000s/1200s have the same?
The photo is of a Datsun 1000 (B10) engine compartment. Notice: 1. Body ID number stamped directly into the sheet metal 2. ID plate to the right. It has the same number, plus Horsepower rating, model (L)B10
It is a left-hand driver B10, hence LB10.
