Bench Test the wiper motor:
A. Blue/Red: 12V +
B. Black: Ground/Earth

Then:
1. Blue/White: Ground for high speed
2. Blue: Ground for low speed
3. Yellow: Connect to Blue for parking. Should rotate to the parked position and stop.

And you can test the switch using a test light, continuity checker, or ohmmeter.
