My friend owned a Dat b10 but it look different.

Is it a new replacement parts (OEM)from Japan?

Yes, these are made in Japan, and stock for Datsun 1200. All american 1200s have "Kangaroo Bag".

I got mine from Nissan Japan in 2006.
2009 USA catalog lists:
* 27480-H1001 ASSY-BAG WINDSHIELD WASHER $138.33 USD
As usual even if in the catalog it may be NLA.
