Looks like it.
On the B310 it fits into the radiator hose. But this is for a 310 (Pulsar N10).

Ah, I was having a good 40 min long chat to the local nissan dealer about trying to find this part and some other parts I had on my mind. You know what the first thing he said was when I gave him that part number?

75c degrees

Same as Standard Motor Parts TS-150, $30 at http://www.rockauto.com/dbphp/prt,154,TS150

$50 for genuine Nissan part (new)

85c degree is 21595-M0206

Confirmed: it screws into the "adapter" tube in the lower radiator hose.
