rice = asian = lots of plastic, stickers, big wheels, wings, extra lights, reflectors and a back parcel shelf full of stuffed toys.

It's one of those insults that has been "disempowered" by the owners, and it's almost a recognised "style".

Ever seen a Philipino or Thai Taxi Drivers car? That's rice at it's best.
