This is the datsun bluebird P312 & Year 1963.The front grille & the rear tailamps are bit different with P310.
David,
You are right the engine is E1 1189CC.
And the E type engine is very closely like later J type engine.

This is the old Datsun 1200 Bluebird with E1 engine, instead of the Sunny 1200 with A12 engine.

P310 means it has the optional engine
310 means it has the standard engine
