1976-1978 B210 USA model belts. There is a retractor top and bottom.

Not a great fit, you can't move the seat fully back due to the size and shape of the bottom retractor. And they are tricky to get the belt out fully, too easy to lock while pulling the belt.  Slighty better than B110 seat belts, because it is fully retracting.
