It looks like a god-damn Chevalay to me & you change the rear tyre by selecting "up" on the ride height control, then jack up the axle & change it in the usual way.

Yes, it's a Chevrolet Suburban (or maybe a GMC Suburban, but those were mostly V6?), circa 1964.

Has anyone chopped and lowered a 1200 in a similar fashion?

Maybe I'll try it with a 1200.

10s&20s youre coupe looks beautiful and thats the only way I like 1600s in coupe form and those wheels from a Z are perfect. I wanted to put them on my 1K but they just touch the tie rods
They are worth a pretty penny here and in Jp. Here many go for 15000 AU. How about in the US?

Are you saying the wheels or the cars gor for $15K?

Well, either way, I bought that car for $750 USD, bone stock. Wheels go for $20-25 USD each. they are a dime a dozen (pun intended). They fit the 510's PERFECTLY.

And they only weigh 13 pounds each.

I'm afraid I have to call on that statement.

That is a definite photoshop job. Why are there no shadows on the wheels where they go in the fender?

You yanks get the best tanks and everything else under the sun
That chevy doesnt exist to my knowledge here, those wheels are as rare as datsun lovers who dont like oral sex from japanese schoolgirls and that coupe 1600 is a steal.

You got to dump it deep in d' dirt man. Get dem bumpers in d' weeds.

At this ride height, it would wipe out a matchbox with the oil pan, but i'm guessing that this is the "park & pose" height. For driving, it would be raised up in it's hydraulic, or air bag suspension to a less spectacular ride height.
