Those look modified to me. Or maybe a different year than other B140

B140 had 84mm bolt spacing and was same as B120/B210. Came with either Japan calipers (Mitsubishi) or local-source Girlock calipers. And using factory caliper adapter bracket

I used Windows Photos to brighten the photo and increase contrast and now the details can be seen

There are drum brake struts (early B140 1980-1985 had drum brakes) with some kind of bracket bolted on
