I wonder what the extra switch is to the left of the steering column? Maybe this had the optional demister fitted?

Looks like the later deluxe model.

What is it about the pedal that you are emphasizing?

Looks to be a fairly stock RHD interior to me. I can't speak about the seats as my sedan was a standard model with plain trim on the seats.
The throttle pedal seems stock also but I would need to go out to see mine to verify & it's too cold to be doing that.
The factory rear window demister switch was fitted below the dash on the right side in a little sub panel that came with the kit.
I bought one of these demister kits new in about 1981 & used it in my sedan for many years. It now resides back in its original packing sitting quietly waiting for me to use it again.

I'm also calling it a DeLuxe [radio & parcel shelf] in the range 1968 model untill 1970 [steering wheel] The gear knob could benefit from tightening too.
