"Moulding - Body Sill"
Check Both: 76880-H1000 76880-H3100 (newer Part number)
The hard part will be finding it from Nissan.

 Re: 2-dr sedan Not much. This was an inland California car. There is one small spot in one fender and around one floor plug. Other than that just the usual minor surface rust, for example where chips in the paint.
