hey my 2door is missing the crome strips allong the bottom, does anyone know if theyre the same as the 4 door and/if they are avalable?

2 Door Sedan and 4 Door Sedans share the same Part number for:

"Moulding - Body Sill"

Check Both:
76880-H1000
76880-H3100 (newer Part number)

The hard part will be finding it from Nissan.

Not much. This was an inland California car. There is one small spot in one fender and around one floor plug. Other than that just the usual minor surface rust, for example where chips in the paint.
