I know that an example for this is the copier machines, for exemple AF1032 Ricoh, that instead of copie, you can choose to scan, then the information will be sent to the email chossen on the net and as soon as you pass all the papers you'd like, you can make a recepcion on the pc and it will be on pdf fille ready to send to everyone.
