K goes to the IAC (Idle Air Control, the idle speed controller).

aka Idle control valve, electric Air Regulator
* K goes to IAC clean air inlet
* L goes to IAC bypass

Just wondering if the 200sx 1980 models iac would be a suitable replacement? Is that the one you could hook to a stock ECU for idle up for ac AND cold starts?

Yes, that's what the Datsun Idle Air Bypass does (fast idle control). Generically called IAC (idle air control).

Maybe the 200SX unit will work, it is the same electrically so the ECU works, but I don't know if it bolts to the B310 manifold. Look at the photos to tell?

I would check out locally available parts, from any Datsun EFI 1975-1988 including 280Z, R30, Bluebird, etc.

B310 EGI used 22660-H9205 REGULATOR-AIR ASSY

Idle Air Control (IAC) Valve
Standard Motor Product AC367 (direct replacement for Nissan #22660-N6910)
RockAuto.com fuel/air parts - 1980 Datsun 200SX (S110 Silvia)

AC367 looks like this


Looks similar to the B310 part. Notice the red screw, likely some kind of calibration setting. May be calibrated differently.
