Re: Datsun 1000 Indicator Repeaters No they are not the same as 1600 ones. 1600's are slightly longer but could be used if you don't think anyone will pic the difference. They are/were still available from Nissan when I bought mine for my coupe a few years ago. There is also a round unit used on the 1000 too depending on the year and body style. My first 1000 wagon had round ones. My brothers wagon had the pictured ones. Both were 1967 though.

Re: Datsun 1000 Indicator Repeaters The 1967 Model of the Datsun used the small round dome blinkers The '68 & '69 models used the short "spear" in the photo, while the 1970 model used the longer spear as found on the 1600's Early 1600's had a lamp with a flat bottom [?] & a top that is shaped like your light, but later ones were symetrical
These have the same lens as the '70 Datsun 1000 & probably the same lamp body too, but the small wiring harness & the fittings on the end may well be diferent.
New, later type, 1600 lights are available at $110 per pair. & thats what i had to buy to get one lens for my 1000 coupe. Chris.
