Zero offset wheels offset the wheel outboard. Here this 8" wheel (with stretched tire) has 25mm clearance to the spring.

+15 wheels would tuck inside closer to the spring. +20 should even work (but maybe with occasionl rub on the spring with only 5mm clearance).

+30 would center it exactly, but these wide 8" wheels would then hit the spring. Or could use +30 with a 10mm spacer.
