Both are eight-bolt. Both use same flange bolt pattern. Both of these in the picture are same ratio, but the H165 is obviously therefore stronger. In these particular units, the H150 has a round flange and H165 has rectangular, but both use the same flange bolt pattern. Other H165 might use round flange.
