Re: 1000 Van Brochure 1 I'l hazzard a guess & say it's a '69. Those chrome trims along the top edge of the guards / wings / fenders [pick one] that run all the way back to the tail light fairly scream "DeLuxe"
One of these, just like in the photo, with 13" mags & an A14 with 5 speed would be one very sweet machine. Keep the white walls on the new tyres,............I like white walls.

Re: 1000 Van Brochure 1 I love that chrome trim! I wish I could afford one of these. They're way out of my range here.

Re: 1000 Van Brochure 1 An A15 with an mx5`s 4sp auto would be even sweeter and konis allround with a 2 inch drop will stop the boat roll. Oh and antenna removed from guard and put a little chrome one on the middle of roof or clear one on the windscreen.

Re: 1000 Van Brochure 1 D I ran a Bluebird pillar mounted aerial on both my 4 door & my wifes 2 door. They worked well & being a smaller car, the extended length stuck well up from the roofline & "seemed" to suck in those far distant AM stations real good. The roof is pretty thin & unsupported, so i don't know how a roof mounted one, say from a 200B, would go.

Re: 1000 Van Brochure 1 Well utes here go for around 1500Au$ drivable and some in fairly good condition for under 2000. Vans are harder to get but shouldnt cost more than 1000 for a runner and the 2 door sedans are the ones getting hard to get as many are projects or crushed before being saved.
