How would an A12 go in there you ask?
I think it would be just fine. Simply mount it in the trunk [It's easier if you cut a trunk lid into it] Secure it well & it's weight should help reduce some of that wheelspin problem that these things have.

I think I subconsciously had a cobra in my head when i was restoring my ute. I desperatly want to get chrome sidepipes for my ute...

The car was purchased already "complete". It has a 351 V8 and a 4-speed. Some small changes have already been made (seats, brake system components, etc.), and there may be more on the way if he keeps it long-term.

i'd slip a TA45 powered 1UZFE in there, Getrag 6spd and an R200 LSD.

Good man....I reckon an A12 would make an excellent starter for a big block Ford. I hope it does'nt have a Chev in it.....
