If this photo was taken in Sydney's west, It could be my old car. See my website for a picture of it in better days.

It's pretty unlikely, that pic came from Badrotor.com a NZ based web site, but still ..........

I'm fairly certain that picture was also on Mikko's site with other junkyard Datsuns from Finland ...

Funny how a junkyard Datsun seems familiar to us all ... and a little sad too.

 Re: Junkyard 4 door wagon
wish i still had a pic of a 120y i used to have..
we played car soccer with it, and there wasn't a straight panel on it, no glass left or anything. it had one seat, the drivers, and other than that the only thing inside was the battery (the front end was pushed in that far it wouldn't fit in the engine bay anymore!)
the suspension died long ago from thrashing around in on the "soccer field" so whenever u went over a bump, it would just keep bouncing for ages. and yet, even though the body suspension, and everything else was stuffed, it still went strong. the carby was a little dodgy at this point in time... and it wasn't worth putting a carby kit through it, so it had two speeds, redline or dead... if we could have got another carby on it, it would have kept going... in the end it departed by way of a verge collection. (after the neighbor tried to squash it with his hilux. he seems to think that things a monster truck)
