The normal position fits stereos with the two shafts. You'd have to cut the dash to make a DIN-size unit fit?

As ddgonzal said; I didn't want to cut in to my dash. They are selling for decent money these days so why wreck a good item when I may want to return the car to standard. Security is a bonus too. It looks like I got a standard item! Just got to figure out how to hide my speakers now...

yeah I was gonna say, that if it was for security, then the bright red boxes with speakers in them probably don't help..
But cool.
I still like it...
Does it have a remote?

Yeah, it does have a remote. I got a good alarm now though so my car is safe from being stolen by the attention from my sounds but the sounds themselves... The speakers are one big unit that was assembled in the car. Red is my theme colour along with black Not because of the Crusaders either
