I have since found out that this car was the old RIO DRINKS car from the Shell Sport days.

Please if anyone out there has photo's of the car it will help us out BIG TIME!!!!!

Yeah Cheers...... I have been told that Nissan built 14 of these coupe for the Shell Sport Series here in NZ. Most of them were bought back of the owners at the end of the series and Nissan sent them to Japan. They also made B210's and B310's. Some of them are still around.

Here's pictures of the engine bay with the motor recessed back..........




We still need to find pictures of the car when it was in the RIO Drinks colours!!!

We have been told that there maybe pictures at one of the circuits were they have a driving school up in the north island.
