If you have a 1200 and want to put in a 120y a-12 or an a-14 or a-15 from another car you will need to have blocks like these to mount the motor to your original mounts
they sit flat in the engine bay with one end (hole 25 mm from edge) on the engine mount with the other hole further back and inward in the engine bay, this hole is used for the mounting on the block of the engine which will bolt down straight through it.
