Re: Head Gasket. This is the steel spacer I bought from ACL gaskets for about $40. In the last rally the motor blew a head gasket and left a small mark between 3-4 so I put it in the surface grinder and took .003" of one side and .005" of the other to clean up any marks.

Re: Head Gasket. This one is 2.5mm thick. Should be easy to get i would think. ACL would have all of there gaskets on computer so i would think they should be able to cut these out to any size. Because of the bore arrangement on my block ACL have made a gasket to suit (standard ones don't fit) so I just ring them up and quote my gasket no. and its made in a week. I should mention that I talk to ACL "specialised" gaskets, this may save some time and confusion.
