The aim is to have the ute finished by that date, and at that event

9th April 2005...

The dog's been there in dads ute, and will be there again in dads ute...

so i need to borrow a dog for the event.

the tray wasn't worth painting. Its got a few bits that are patched up with fibreglass. Its white, and its only going to get scratched and used anyway. (whats the use of a ute it you don't use it like a ute??)
I painted enough down the sides of the tray

The lip below the back window is an after market thing for the torneau cover. this is canvas, and slides into the slot on the back of it, and has elastic type tie downs at various points around the back.
will post a pic
(another reason not to paint it, the torneau covers it)
