Dude, that looks awesome!
Hey, are you setting the car up for rally racing? Is the bar in the back for a spare tire? Or seatbelt anchor?
Well done job. Looks like you'll be plenty safe.

datsundonnie, The car has been running for the last two years comptetively in rallies, I just got myself a fantastic sponsorship deal so i thought it was time to make the car look more presentable.
The bar across the back is for the spare tyre and act as support across the rear shocky towers, The harnesses used to go back to the parcel shelf but now they are located on the bar just behind the two seats on the four lugs.

 Re: Sunny Rollcage
where the two "side intrusion" bars meet the main hoop....should you not add some "side intrusion bars from the main hoop towards the back of the car???????

I'm thinkin..in a head on collision, those side "intrusion bars" may bend the main hoop, (at the point where they join)and partly crush the interior.

Yes datsik good point, I tried to work out a way of putting some in but it wasn't possible because the spare wheel doesn't fit into the boot because the fuel tank is in there, so it had to go inside.
Can't put it in/out with rear intrusion bars in place.

Are you the guy who owns the fuel injected yellow coupe?
