BIG ported manifold from Japan that nearly matches the big port head. plenum is CA18DET, runners in production to link them all up with a nice little snail to push things along going underneath it all.

Looks like an Aussie cast "GX " manifold to me.......As long as it works, that the important thing

Yeah I thought the same. If the X is a bit messed up to the G, then its a JTS cast still floating around.

How wide is the throttle plate in that throttle body?

 Re: the coupe
The guy i bought it off said he got it from his travels to japan, it had quad 45 mikuni's on it and he tried to sell them as a package but no one had the cash so he split up the parts. it does have a big G X cast in it tho??? and the porting on it is huge and very well done. has swirl marks all the way though it so it wasn't done with a die grinder. the "carb" side is opened up to 45 mm and the head side is just over 40 mm by 32 mm.

the throttle plate in the tb is 55mm. i'm still researching runner length and id of the runners etc. hows the hyundai setup coming along phunk?

Yeah its coming along. Decided to make a new plenum for it. The plenum is in the halfway stages at the moment. I will have to take a pic of it and put it up. Hopefully if all goes to plan Andrew will be bringing the wags down round Tuesday. And I will get stuck into it in the next few weeks.
