Looking good. It's not unlike the one that i bought recently from Melbourne, except that yours is a lot better priced. Congratulations.

You seem to have a lot of scenery in the picture, although this is a good "art" shot. If you get in closer to the car, it will fill the viewfinder much more, & for those pictures that you post on this site, this would be better so that we can get a good look at your treasure. Using an editing program to crop away some of the sky & surrounding terrain will have a similar effect.
Great car, great deal too. Look after it.

Yes it was from bannockburn. The suspension work was mainly struts and autocross springs for the front to give that engineless look. That needs to be changed along with less height at the back.

I was just messing around with the photo's, I only have a dodgy camera so the 'zoom in' function involves moving closer to the car. I was just after some comparison pics, this being the "how I got it" snap.

Advantages of being further away include not being able to notice the dints..

Nice buy, especially with all the spares. I notice that the car's on club plates.

LOL Good thinking. I usually just lean foward a bit as the picture is shot in an attempt to get "fuzzy focus". This is my feeble attempt to hide the dings. Your way seems to work better.

Was on club plates. I now have some of the slimline blue and white jobies.

I was going to put a link to my other photo but realised it still has the old plates.

I need to take some pic's of what it's looking like now.

For just under 1K, I got the car as pictured which has 1200cc + 4 speed, 40mm single sidedraught, extractors and sports exhaust. 13 inch steelies and 205's, practically no interior, new struts all 'round. Apart from that it's standard. Of course it also came with the obligatory trailer load of spares including 2 other sets of wheels, rally rubber, 2 engines, gearbox and miscellaneous interior and other bits.

nice buy, is this from bannockburn down geelong way ???
i spoke to the guy about it and sounded like a real cheap deal with pleeeenty parts and a fair bit of work done on the suspension
