Blue Lake 2005 - 1200 rear clip ddgonzal 2005/6/13 7:28 Tell a friend 3544 3 0.00 (0 votes)
They had a bit of a "swap meet" this year in Canby. Actually there were only a few vendors, but still some good parts. This rear clip sold for $200 ... and there are two stories behind it ... |

Re: Blue Lake 2005 - 1200 rear clip I don't know exactly, but it was in a wrecking yard in 2002 (?).
Apparently Hayward State College in California had an electric 1200 they used for teachign or something, but then got rid of it by calling the wreckers (how sad).
The datsun parts guy (I'm trying to remember his name) walked in and did a double-take (1200s are rare in wreckers here in the USA), then stripped it and took as much as he could. He's still got stuff for sale.
