Took 1st place 1200 modified at the 21st NW datsun meet in Canby, OR.

This is such a sweet car!

It has so many cool details about it.

fiber optic dash switches
120mph w/ trip od speedo
factory option rear tonneau
4 bolt SU manifold to use the 46mm carbs
euro tail lights moved out to fill the
fiberglass stretched front and rear fenders
h190 lsd rearend with 4.44 gears
...and the list goes on!

Seeing this one car was worth the 4-hour drive. This is one cool 1200!

And worth another picture:

Barry's widebody Coupe

It has an A15 engine and adjustable coilovers, plus those Isuzu dual-piston calipers (i think that's what they said).

Though he trailered it in, Barry said he drives this autocrosser on the street and has run some hillclimbs in it. I didn't even know we had hillclimbs in the Pacific Northwest

They are 13 x 7 Libres in the rear. I'll try to get some more pics of this thing over the summer. Might have to make a trip to his house soon.

Hey DD, the local autocross club Willamette Motor Club puts one on in august. It's a 2 day event. Also, in the Eugene, OR area, there is another club, Emerald Empire Sports Car Club that will have one in less than a month.
