dattodiddy I have a round port manifold for single weber,that will fit a 1000, $80 if your interested.

The bolts on the manifold would indicate it is an oval port manifold. Round port manifolds attach thru the middle of ports 1&2 and 3&4.

not always
i got all exited about the head on one of my 1200s because it had the same bolt patern as my a14 oval port but when i took it of the manifold had round ports as did the head

My understanding is that the bolt pattern varies by year, rather oval vs. round port. See details and photos in A-type Cylinder Heads.
