20 thou overbored A15 (tubbed,honed, decked etc)
(found out they arent Costworth pistons, my bad) But Endurance pistons, slightly oversize
Polished & ground crank
Fully balanced
new bearings, gaskets, seals etc
Waggot cam, grind #125 (everyone knows im having problems with this !!)
re surfaced lifters
Head work: resurfaced,extra swirl, de-degaed ports,new seats & guides
lightened flywheel (was 9.8 now 5.2kg!!)
Weber 32/36 DGAV now fitted with electric choke
Top gun leads, NGK 'v-groove' plugs
Mazda 323 radiator
Everything re-sprayed to look pretty!!
Extractors on the way....

I think thats it!

why lighten the fly, you just lose all your torque wouldn't you, but any way i lost the datsun owners group site could someone repost it, ####ty windows losing my bookmarks...

Why not? More touchy and better throttle response, these engines dont have enough torque to loose nah kiddin!
Due to me gettin a complete balanced bottom end its kinda useless not to get things free'd up, its pretty touchy now - just a barstad in traffic looses revs and have to give it about 2 grand for the clutch to engage and pull away. im gettin use to it tho

And about the springs, i aint forking out another $220 for lowered ones, and in all honesty who would buy a set of practically brand new B310 King Springs?
