Good work converted, you were lucky to find a shell already caged in such quick time. Good luck with the rest of the build up. I have always liked yellow coupes and your new shell is no different - looks good mate.

Yeah it does...
the rear end is mitsubishi starion axle housing with 2.2 degrees negative camber set in the axle housing. The axles are ford 9 inch 28 spline (i think). The 2 centres I have are 4.6 and 5.3 ratios in starion housing.
The centres are a minispool with porsche 930 turbo CV carriers bolted together which allows for the axles to have camber in them....

Thats an excellent rear set up, I guess you wont be needing a spring loaded locker anymore I wanted your old rear diff & housing but I dont have any funds atm )-:
Also the EFI and Motec is going to make a big difference to the driveability, and tuning with a laptop makes it all a heap of fun. Welcome to my world Craig

How do you plan on running 60 series rubber on 15?? or will you run the 14's for the state round. [assuming you are referring to IPRA state round]

 Re: New race coupe
Hi Benny, yeah the car has 205 15 55 Advans on now however, being illegal for the old class, I need to run a 60 series to stay in the old class, or I can run in the late model class with the 55 series (ie Mirages).
I also have a second set of wheels (rebels) which have no offset and the dish is specifically made to go over the big caliper. My current globes are now up for sale!!!
But I will use my rubber from the globes on the rebels as they are basically brand new and have a 60 series profile.
The sparcos are for a bit of show and hillclimbs / testing etc...and were a bargain as well.

I think it has to be a post 86 vehicle to run in late model.
