 Re: New extractors
looking good but watch out for how close the wiring and rubber hoses are coming to the headers.
my weber seals are getting heat punished to death almost weekly in traffic like sydney's. im bout to have my headers wrapped in heat cloth stuff to cool things down, ive heard it makes a great improvement in engine bay temp.

u may have trouble fitting a dcoe manifold to an engine with header pipes like those.

I'd give that idea a second thought. Wrapping the headers will cause them to become brittle and crack. Far better to try and reroute your wires and hoses.

The headers I have on my other car are HPC coated. It works well to keep temps down, looks a lot neater and not much dearer than the wrap. It was $200 to get them done.
