looking good, what type of radiator is that? does it have the other pipe at the bottom of the right side when looking from the front?

 Re: 1200 RE update
its an n14 SSS (SR20DE version) pulsar radiator...

these are good for use with an A series as they have large twin thermo's setup on them from factory...

although i had to ditch the thermo's for my application as they were too bulky...

the bottom radiator hose is on the opposite side to the top hose...

i ended up going with twin 10" craig david fans...

but the n14 fans will clear an a series well without the clutch fan...

 Re: 1200 RE update
bet with 2 x 10" fans they play a mean R'n B mix

.......couldn't resist

and a serious note - i've got a similar radiator setup (idea from ange) and it works a treat, was easy as to install (mines done a little different to ange) and with a single thermo fan keeps things nice and calm with my A12 and twin 40's

Ange, Top job. It looks like it could have been an original fitment...although I'm sure it doesn't sound like a Datsun when it fires up.
So have you found a friendly engineer yet?
I'll need one soon for my beast.

i have an engineer who i have consulted throughout the conversion...

he gave me the go ahead before i started and has helped me along the way with it..
