Re: Tommys Ute I dunno how he did it... But when I did it you just get a picture and make a second layer... Then draw only on the new blank layer and trace over all the lines of the picture.
This has more detail that I had in mine though. So he might have done it differently.

Re: Tommys Ute i sorta do that but just to get the basic shape (proportion and stuff right) then i add detail myself and just refer to the original pic when im stuck or cant figure how something looks from that particular angle, but the coola and stuff was done completely free hand, same with any other extras like on the ute i did with a hardtop
