i'd trim the top radiator hose at the radiator end,until you lose that kink at the thermostat housing.just trim down a small amount at a time with a hacksaw until the hose looks right.it's only my opinion mind you,but that area looks like a restriction & a possible blown hose.a quick way to ruin an engine.
