the wheel offset is perfect they dont scrub any where. I have 120y struts.
the tyres are from bob jane they are 195/45 15" sava

i've been looking for a bit now at this size ... hadn't come across a sava but have fond these :
nankang ns-2 195/45/15 $120
continental contisport contact2 195/45/15 $210
yokohama A539 195/45/15 $195
although i've been told recently that the yoky is no longer made ??

 Re: my new rims
heard more good things than bad and then the bad is only really been in regards to wear ??? all too hard for me to decide at the moment so i'm planning on sticking it out with the falken 195/50/15's that i've got ..... but i do plan to keep looking and one day hopefully find something that really tickles my fancy

But I thought the widest tyres that could be fitted to a 1200 front were 185's?

well so far so good i was out in some of south ozzys twistyest roads today and no scrapes at all even on spoon drains
thease rims and tires are actualy smaller in diameter than my old 195/60 13"

 Re: my new rims
Yeah its all about correct offset. My cheviots only just allow 175s. And they still scrape sometimes. My TRX rims however clear the 195s easily.
