I'm saying this pic looks like the Zama plant, same as in the color pic. It was taken circa 1973. I dunno for sure which plant it is, but my understanding is that 1200s were made at Zama and Fuji Heavy Industries plants.

If I'm not mistaken, those are Datsun 521 trucks, the rear lights are under the tailgate.
