That's a fantastic price mate! I think I paid $500 for my second hand ones on a manifold 3 years ago. Good luck. I'm sure it will sound brilliant.

 Re: 40mm wEbers
Mmmmm, think I should have sold mine online, I had 2, yes two, sets of complete 40 Sidedraught webers, that's 4 carbies. The one set I'd already completely restored and assembled, and the other set was just disassembled for restoration, but complete. After 3 months of advertising for R1000, that's about $220 Australian, I had no response at all, not even a phone call to try and get them for less. I finally went to a not so legal drag event on a Sunday night, and offered them to the first person that would buy me a can of Coke. Everyone thought it was a joke, and then most were pissed of when someone actually offered me a Coke and took them...

I still can not figure out why, but maybe it seemed to good to be true, or everyone is going the injection and/or turbo route, in which case sidies are useless...

make sure u run soft mounts, as i have seen them crack when people don't, u got them at a good price, get good linkages for them as well, makes all the difference
