I did this conversion using the drum strut and hub halfway through last year. The s13 disk slips over he drum hub perfectly. This conversion leaves you with basically stock track width. But to make the caliper mounts is alot more pissing around with spacers etc. If I were you I would just machine the disk a lil bigger so it fits over the disk hub. Im a big fan of modfying things to fit the car rather than modifying the car to fit the things.
