Amazing! Thought you where an old guy DD ha ha
Put the wheel back on,put the nut back on and wind on till the thread is flush with the shaft(and protected)now get your right knee under the wheel,left hand on top of the wheel,pulling back as hard as you can,hit the nut/shaft with a good crack with a hammer,may take a couple of attempts to get your timing and pulling motions in sink and if your left handed obviously swap hands and knees...be off in a flash.
