I have CBR1000rr ITBs on a stock A15, they are 44mm throttle bodies and they are way too big. 30% throttle at redline is ~90kPa manifold pressure. I built a progressive throttle setup to make it driveable but I would go much smaller throttle bodies if I was to do it again.
A not bad rule of thumb is the individual throttles will be roughly the same size, slightly bigger than the stock single throttle/ combined area of the two throttle plates unless you're significantly increasing the rpm.
