u shouldnt need a cat because both cars that the stock motor (your car) and the a15 (vanette/sunny) didnt have cats so u wont need one. about the bov, i dont know if u need it as u dont see big v8's with bov's, but my mates got a capa kit on his ss and it comes with a bosch bov in the package so maybe u do need it.
