Some more progress pics...
He opened up the grill for more airflow, but since the IC will be anodized black, it will look fairly stock from 5-10 meters away. 
Modified the stock core support top to be removable...
Yet another custom intake manifold... I think this is his third? 
Overall view...
Here you can see where the middle of the firewall is being moved back about 6-8cm...
He's basically building a whole new tunnel from scratch. In progress photo...
