Every combustable thing in the engine will burn, starting with the carbon and oil residue then the aluminum...
you'd need to add a balanced amount proportionally with the fuel.
What if you only doubled the oxygen content, and stuffed in more fuel...
It'd probably work so well the pistons will enter a low earth orbit.
