i think you'll probalbly find that 8.5:1 static compression ratio is more than capable of handling 300rwhp plus easily with good internals and good head gasket with a correct tune.
JUN would be the company i would go to if i had a big cheque book, but otherwise i'm sure all forged internals are better than the stock ones.
