south australia is a little bit more leanient towards the sr20det. there is no pissiblity of fitting a 13bt legally in vic unless you were to remake a full body chassis. vic has similar regs as qld which means either a 12a rotary max or 1.8 turbo or 2 lt na....
but if it a drag car....sweet go for it.
