DD yeah more heat hence they do so well when boosted.
Even my standard 13b used to burn out normal mufflers.
1000 have way less room than an r100 so firewalls are big and ugly to try and
fit a normal sized exhaust.
A CA on the other hand requires very little fire wall mods in comparison.
Im trying to save other 1000 going this route as they will end up unfinished projects that go around and around until someone puts a piston engine back in
at best or scrapheap at worse.
